Dr. Martin Eimer is a partner of the Finance & Projects Practice at Pinsent Masons LLP. Martin advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions and disputes. He has a particular focus on construction & engineering matters supporting clients throughout the life-cycle of their projects, from the tendering stage through contract negotiations and execution to claims management, ADR and arbitration / litigation. Martins experience includes large infrastructure, energy and steel projects in Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as in Asia and the Middle East.

He initially studied law at the University of Cologne and then took his first state examination at the LMU Munich. In 2001 he completed his Master of Laws at the University of Edinburgh. This was followed by work as an assistant at Essex Court Chambers. He then passed his second state examination and obtained the title Doctor of Law. From 2006 to 2018 he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as Principal Associate and Counsel after which he started working at Pinsent Masons LLP where he still is to this day.
