Frédéric is a partner with dual qualifications in English and French law based in our Paris office. He advises on all aspects of construction projects, from initial tendering and project support to dispute resolution, in a wide range of construction sectors, including general infrastructure, transport, water and wastewater, and energy. He has extensive experience of the FIDIC forms of contract and their use in civil law jurisdictions.

Much of his recent work has involved acting for major contractors in Central Europe and Asia in international construction arbitration and dispute board proceedings.

Frédéric is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and a regular contributor to the Practical Law Company’s website and the International Construction Law Review.
