Troy is a London based partner of Allen & Overy LLP, a member of the firms global projects, energy and infrastructure team and co-head of A&O’s energy sector group.

His practice focuses on a wide range of privately and publicly financed energy and infrastructure projects and assets across a variety of jurisdictions, including throughout Europe, Africa, the CIS, the Middle East and Asia. Troy regularly acts for sponsors, lenders, governments and contractors on all types of commercial contracts, including concession, joint venture, construction, funding, acquisition and sales arrangements and in sectors as diverse as power (renewables, nuclear, thermal), water, rail and oil & gas.
